Who we are

Sybex Systems was launched on 13th of August 2010 with the sole purpose of serving the Business communication needs of the corporate market. Our primary focus was on leveraging IT services for medium sized organizations or businesses that have a need for information technology support, but do not require full time IT staff on the premises. This allowed us to capitalize on an untapped niche allowing us to provide a variety of essential services to our clients. Some of the services we provide include, but are not limited to:

  • * Planning, designing, and maintaining data networks and servers.
  • * Administering the day-to-day operation of networks and servers and provide technical support to users.
  • * Implementing LAN/WAN maintenance and management procedures.
  • * Performing Remote Support by accessing PC's via the internet or intranet.
  • * Installing and managing network printers and print servers effectively.
  • * Ensuring error-free backup of data on file servers providing data reliability.
  • * Installation of antivirus and anti-malware software on PC's to provide added security from virus and Trojan attacks.

Until recently the scope of our services were mainly focused on providing support for various network architectures, however we have decided to branch out and start providing website development services. This is because we recognize that the web plays a vital role in extending an organizations local reach, enabling them reach a much larger market thereby extending their network and client base effectively. We have been involved in web development projects in the past but it is only until recently that we have decided to exploit our skill set in this field to provide an added benefit to our clients.
